@Ben Staples, the venting requirement is different as the newer boilers will need a fresh air intake as well as the exhaust. 

When your next tenant moves in, take 100+ photos of everything and list any damage/ stains that you didn't fix on an addendum for the new tenant to sign acknowledging the condition. 

If you can pay the loan off without selling the property then there isnt much sense in taking that loan in the first place.
