It really just dawned on me too, people say "find the after repair value" that seems to imply making changes to the subject to bring it to a market value after repairs are made.

High power bulbs require a large number of Amps (Watts = Volts x Amps, so Amps = Watts / Volts which implies in a 12V system that amps will be an order of magnitude larger than normal 120V household lighting), and to keep the voltage drop down thicker conductors are now needed.Nowadays LED bulbs can be purchased for outdoor lighting.

As has been implied... you don't own any business that anyone would want to buy, let alone someone from out of the area, and you would get more money by selling the rentals individually. thanks for the chuckle
