I can’t stress enough weather happens fast up here and I’ve heard stories of people being cleaned out due to someone injured on the property due to slipping on ice or paying for a new car and repairs because of some jerk plowing the driveway.

Put a gable roof over it and a metal roof over that.The greater the pitch of the roof, the less water, ice, and snow hand around to party!

You would still have no knowledge of the bulk of the things that are vital to learn.For someone who already is an active investor, it can be nice icing on the cake to have a real estate agent license, because you can save money on commissions.

This is just a simple common sense example, but what do you think that means for local brick and mortar businesses and even the big box stores. 7 out of 10 people are not going into the ice cream shop right now to get a scoop.

You'll never get that year back, even if the deal is so bad that you only break even (for now) it's worth to break the ice. 

Offer ice fishing equipment, snowshoes, skis, that kinda stuff.

Icing on the cake, an agent that can see non-obvious value adds.
