Think holes in the walls and doors, occasionally kicked out stair railings, if you’re in a cold climate you may not want to pay for heat or A/C, appliances get a lot of use because they’re cooking for staff and clients usually 3 meals a day and running laundry every day.

I caught a tax accountant missing Meals from the deductions because there were so many changes to the IRC one year that they focused on Personal Return changes and may have missed Business Return changes.

Assuming they have a fridge but no stove, I would recommend compensating them at the cost of at least one meal out every day for the length of the job.
