You can contribute to a 401k, provide yourself health insurance etc.It only seams harsh because of the employers half of SS and Medicare 7.65%This is one of the common reasons for forming an entity for investing.https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/51/topics/704...For an accountant do not feel like you need to use someone local.
