From what I’m hearing, they even started living in it (I don’t live in the area so I need to get my butt down there this weekend).I sent them a letter on the 28th of AUG letting them know they aren’t to be occupying that area as it’s my storage and it’s not permitted by the city for occupying and their contract is only for the top unit.

Expanding also includes building new teams abroad so that would be up to the investor to take on that task.Diversify in other asset classes whether being A/B or investment types like Short Term rental, self storage, mobile home parks or even building and development.

I could hold out while doing some additional value adds (storage units, rubs, ect.) and really lean it out or go for a LOC now.

You can even diversify across asset classes - think MF, self-storage, mobile home parks, office space, etc - AND geographic location.One limiting factor though is whether you are accredited or not.
