@Eryn Garcia for 8 to 9 rooms might be worth it for the extras especially excercise equipment but I don't know about a hot tub.

Part of me wonders if had 2 full baths I would book more 3 or 4 guest stays, and could then maybe add an extra guest fee for 3/4 guest bookings?

As such, third parties (lenders, brokers, tenants etc.) should sign contracts with the Management Company and not the Investment Entity to add an extra layer of protection for the Investment Entity against any lawsuits arising from those contracts.
