This is a helpful website and we can tell it's your first post. 

Regardless of this, The State declared me the owner after going through the abandonment process and I am not finding anything on the State website for a redemption period of personal property such as a MH on private property.  

That said, their website seems current so maybe it's a rumor.

What are the core websites ?
