We had to first get a good drain cleaning service (plumber with a big auger on their machine. and they cleaned the sand out of the pipe.

And then the shop floor Currently the company i work for are using half of the building and don't have plans to occupy the other offices or to utilize the entire shop floor due to power restrictions (CNC machines)My question isThe building is being rented by the company I work for I want to rent half of the building And then rent it out to someone else.

I have a separate " House" meter for the the machines, furnace, hall entry and exterior lights and the gas only serves the furnace and dryers. stoves are electric and the tenants pay that. i think it would be easier on you to have separate meters for all ( electric, gas and water). and just a side note, to make it easier for them and you, i installed a coin machine next to them, then when i empty the laundry machines, i put the coins back in the coin machine and take the bills from the coin machine, into my pocket ( but i put back same amount of coins as bills removed from coin machine, never have to go to bank to get more coins)

@Kyle Turret Assigning a contract for a monetary consideration is totally legit as long as you go about doing it the right way. http://www.recbc.ca/psm/assignment-of-contracts/ The real estate council in British Columbia even goes so far as to offer the aforementioned guidance to agents on how to legally do this with their clientsThat being said a wholesaler has to know the market even better than most agents do and have to be networking machines (in order to have buyers lined up).

a jetter will always do a better job of cleaning a pipe than a cable machine
