These are just Marketing ploys to try and get you to sign up for a program and the odds of being successful are pretty much zero.

Personally, I'm pretty decent at property management and I have to call BS on every such story I see. 

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible I have a pretty good tenant staying at my guest house month to month.

Hi Maura, sadly you can pretty much forget DSCR loans outside of the US and loans for land or construction internationally, with very rare exceptions.

I pretty much tell my friends expect 12 to 15k in getting the cabin to where you want it for rentals.  

You have zero control over pretty much anything when you list. 

That would get you two more properties pretty quickly with using little capital and bringing in cash-flow.

Love that idea and I'll feed that in to the Seller. sometimes you have to fight fire with fire and I’m not 100% familiar with New York laws, but I’m pretty sure they have squatters rights therefore, the other squatter wouldn’t be able to do a thing about it.
