9 February 2017 | 51 replies
Not to worry, @Andrew Auger, because the suspension letter only applies to single family loans, per the FHA Single Family Housing Policy Handbook 4000.1... won't affect you as you posted "We are closing on our first multifamily home and would have benefitted from the reduction."

Sealing limestone from the inside can create more issues down the road because the limestone leaks naturally and water will become trapped between the limestone and whatever you put on it and the sealant will start to fall off or leak. It's better to tackle the water issue from the outside: Sealing the walls from the outside (lots of digging), making sure water drains away from the house when it rains, proper gutter systems that lead the rain water away from the flower beds.Sometimes you also have to install a sump system.

You'll need someone that paint and install laminate/vinyl for turnovers. .You need a plumbing company for clearing drains, and replacing water heaters, get one that has a system for working with landlords.I have found that companies that have the best prices are use to working with landlords and they usually have a system in place for dealing with tenanted properties and will call tenants directly for appointments, bill a credit card on file, and tell you prices up front for standard things (though there are often special circumstances esp with plumbing)You'll also need an HVAC company and an appliance repair guy.

most people don't understand the serious nature of lyme. it's frustrating to be treated like you have the flu when you are dealing with something so life encompassing. i've changed my diet and take supplements for maintenance, but i've recently discovered hyperbaric chamber treatment as an aggressive treatment paired with a laser treatment to drain my lymphatic system(to help with the herxes). it made the most note able difference of any other treatment i've tried. unfortunately, it's pretty expensive and not covered by insurance. i'd love to connect with you and have you in my network. even though we are both newbies, we may be able to help each other with creativity. :)

James H. Contractors Run After W-9 Requested
24 August 2016 | 25 replies
It turns out that the installer plugged the drain pipes on the inside unit with aluminum foil, wrapped them in Saran Wrap, and then finished the seal job with a rubber band.  -- I forgot to mention that high voltage wires into the outside unit were wrapped in masking tape rather than conduit. When it was all said and done, it cost almost $1000 to repair the blotched installation. So, does a license and insurance, etc., really help much?
