The electrical has some exposed wiring in the attic crawl space that needs to be in a junction box and to restore power to the detached carriage house where my cousin lives.As well as a handy man to grease some reluctant windows and fix a leaking valve as well as smaller issues.Looking to get multiple quotes if possible.Can anyone recommend any good people who might be able to get to this soon?

We knew there were some cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed but when the inspector went into the crawl space it revealed some structural issues.
