I find that they actually offer more than some other programs at a fraction of the cost. 

@Cameron Daste flipping is highly competitive, as a newbie your about as likely to lose money as make money. 

There's someone who can/will do a good job for a much more competitive rate.  

Your money is working for you in two places at once, you get insurance, and you can repeat the process with very competitive rates and flexibility (particularly for fix/flips).2.

Hosts were making a lot of money then, but the demand has dried up and there is now a ton of competition due to a lot more rentals on the market.

Wholesaling is a competitive business in most markets and takes time and resources.

There is a lot of competition and you need a lot of marketing spend even to make a dent.

It can make you stand out from the competition 

For instance in Vegas its pretty cool and easy but it creates uber competition.

These are 1 bedroom/1bath units, 650sq ft, priced under $700 a month so I dont think its competition from the newer buildings that cant afford to price rent so low.We maintain the units very well and have recently renovated a bunch of them with lvp flooring, new cabinets, etc.
