I have been doing some light browsing on the site for about a week now and have finally decided to jump into the discussion. 

Simply browsing the forums and reading threads will get you off to a great start.

I know there are others but I like the interface and ease of using and integrating it.Building my team was done on MeetUp to make initial in-person connections.

I need all the bookings I can get as our home is right on Lake Coeur d' Alene and it isn't really booked during the winter months.Someday I will finish my website so I can start taking bookings direct.I do like the AirBNB interface.

But, was just browsing online and stumbled upon a guy selling a decent trane 3 ton unit close to me that he apparently bought for a home he lived in temporarily or something and only used for 1.5-2 years. 

I don’t have a specific property as I’m browsing and trying to see what’s a good deal/ bad deal.

I'm easily on zillow for hours on a weekly basis researching and browsing, I find it to be one of the the best free RE sites that one doesn't have to pay for or be a RE agent.

I always recommend reading books, listening to podcasts and browsing forums posts of those who have already done what you’re trying to achieve.
