Hello, this is my first time posting in here and I'm in need of some help.So, I'll be making an exit from the Air Force here in the next few months and I'll be moving to GA to help run a Bed and Breakfast previously owned by my father.

in San Jose.. we called them hobo's then.. they pretty much jumped trains .. but my dad in a day before direct mail marketing.. did door hangers.. so we would go down to the Y and pick up the hobos that were kicked out after breakfast and pay them 10 to 20 dollar cash to walk the streets handing out my dads real estate flyers..

I do the same when i get a mortgage I set it up auto pay and usually round up to the next thousand and pay at least 500 a month extra.. this saved my bacon in 2010 after being hammered so badly in the GFC..

I’m currently house hacking which I’ve always done as for 24 years I owned two bed and breakfasts.

I stayed in a place like this in hungary for one week it was 500 dollars for the week and a continental breakfast.

Work will be more lunch and breakfast restaurant business and going home side will be more dinner business.

Slept there Friday night and then ate breakfast there Saturday before driving up to Santa Cruz and touring around there.
