Air handler, furnace, condenser.Total bid for all work was $32500.

I’m interested in collecting “ground rent” with little to no tenant complaints ever … no trouble calls about leaky roofs or plugged up toilets or air conditioners that go out on the hottest day of the year.If the only real value here is that of the rental cash flow, what’s this thing worth?

Hi @Kavita B. if you are struggling to juggle an inflexible full time job with coordinating showings etc, a good realtor can take a lot of the pressure off you.  

I have a few jobs: I do some bookeeping, budgeting, and business consulting for a local architect, I work at at CPA firm during tax season, and I own a little side business with my friend doing pressure washing and sealing driveways, patios, sidewalks, etc.

I've been so up in the air with reading all the pros and cons, I especially worry about people saying to beware since agents can be open to lawsuits when buying investment and representing themselves. 

We took it one step further and swapped all of our multifamily to electric air handlers as well.

The costs for my recent project have been close, except for air conditioning (which was stratospheric for my location).  

I bought it and did a subdivision and put 17 new houses in my back yard, and that land was free.I bought properties where we added baths, added central air, covered the heat to gas, installed new roofs. 

The house is all electric and very high efficiency with LED lighting, low flow toilets, brand new heat pump providing heat and air conditioning.The majority of respondents to my renter profile respond that they don't meet the minimum 600 credit score.

They were pulling people out of homes on kayaks, air boats, and Army vehicles.
