@Chase GibsonSo you're essentially telling the owner "if you give me a discounted rate, you'll make your money back anyways through this 10% interest loan I'm getting from you" and then you're going to refinance, screw him over after he gave you a discount for the property, and go on your merry way.Out of curiosity, what if you can't refinance?
