I have used West and West.

Seeking a referral for a good property manager in the Milwaukee market for out of state investor.I have family in the area however I am on the west coast.The property I am looking at acquiring (duplex) has tenants in place, and I am just looking for good property management, eyes on the property etc.Thank you very much!

My Co-worker's parents have about 12 acres South West of Farmington CT.  

As a part-time investor these days, I am looking for any references for a quality and fair contractor in the West Palm Beach, FL area.

There are many people on BP who invest in Dallas or Austin areas, hopefully somebody will add to this conversation.I personally like The Colony on the west, McKinney to the north, Rockwall to the east and Richardson to the south, with Plano being the center.

Only problem I forsee is my work is in west midtown and finding something close to the area may be difficult.
