Roof is partially destroyed, will need whole roof including trusses, as well as all new drywall and electrical as far as i can tell right now.

Me I would not have stood there for 15 minutes without comment.

I would want the entire portion of the roof where the solar array is located to be replaced, shingles as well as the tar paper/bituthene layer at a minimum, and possibly even the decking depending on how many penetrations there are and whether they actually hit the top chord of the trusses.

check for adequate soffit vents and hat vents, mold in crawl space, rotten rafters/trusses/joists/framing.3. 

AND/OR got a price that the properties stood 0% chance of appraising at, hence the structure.     

And at least you can say you did it, though, which is more than what a lot of people who stood on the sidelines can say.

@Dimitri I had professional photos taken of my corporate housing unit and the only thing that they did differently than I did is stood in the furthest corner of each room, turned on all of the lights and opened all of the blinds and windows so that as much light as possible could come in.

Trusses come with their own engineering and my truss provider can calculate beams for me when needed. 

He's now stood me up twice which is infuriating.

Now that I've stood my ground and hidden my cats stuff, they are threatening legal action.Can they do that?
