There is only one gas meter BUT  Unit A is the main unit and is on the first floor, they have a thermostat in their unit and the furnace is located in the basement.

Heat would not work with thermostats (all new), and I told him about it (nicely) and he said that if I was not happy with his work, he would simply return me the labor costs the next Saturday.

I just had a tenant move in the beginning of this month, and the tenant has sent a long list of requests:1) Some of the blinds in the kitchen are broken and don't work.2) The front door is difficult to open and lock.3) One of the bathroom doors does not close correctly so it can't be locked.4) Vanity cabinets in the bathrooms are rusted.5) Light fixture for stairs is broken with loose glass falling out.6) Replacing all lights with LED to lower electric bill.7) Thermostat is broken with no hot air, only cold.8) Plug for the vent/lights over the range is broken that needs to be replaced with wires hanging out so you get shocked when you plug it in.9) The tub/shower for the master bath has no water coming out.10) But, everything else is great!!!

I use Homeaway.com to advertise, take payments, manage my calendar ect.I also have an AirBNB account but it doesn't produce many vacation rentals.I have a great housekeeper that I text to schedule my cleaning.I use a Lockbox for keys.I have 2 Honeywell 9000 series thermostats to adjust temp when no one is there.I also just recently installed a camera system so I can see who arrives and make sure no one is breaking in when vacant.Very easy to manage remotely once everything is going.

All that was done was the wires for the ceiling heat were unconnected from the thermostats
