@Michael Orlando in rentals, this is a tricky situation as my experience with low flow toilets is they tend to be more maintenance (granted my sample size is low).  

We did let a guest cancel at our Orlando property because of Hurricane Ian even though Airbnb explicitly lists Florida hurricanes as expected events that the host is responsible for.

I've been to Joe Fairless in Denver and Jake and Gino's in Orlando which were great.

Same here I have been saying the same line now for 47 years.. pretty tough to sit in the barber shop in Oregon explain doing HML in Baltimore LOL or building house's in charleston or Orlando  etc etc.. so I am in real estate works just fine..
