I joined a Mastermind group in August of 2015 to start my career as a Real Estate Investor.  

I do not know of anything right near you but you can check out the NHREIA in Manchester and the NH Real Estate Mastermind group on Nashua.  

I would check out New England REIA, @Justin Silverio's group, and NH Real Estate Mastermind. 

Also, check out the local meetups for investors...TRIG in Virginia Beach, PREIA in Hampton, and a Wholesaling Mastermind in VB.

Check the Masterminds group on Meetup.com I haven't been in awhile but it always seems to be a large, healthy group of RE folks willing to share advice and collaborate. 

Rub some shoulders with folks doing deals and pretty soon you will be able to share contacts with each other.We have a Landlord Meetup where it's landlord focused with a master mind format.There is also a regular meetup that has a broad and very informal format.Check them out.

I would look at joining a bp mastermind, reia, or other investors group!

I just, as in today, started a new meetup.com group (South Suburban Real Estate Mastermind) because I couldn’t find any.

Sounds like there's enough interest to have a local Pittsburgh mastermind.

You will learn a lot about the business and the market talking with cash buyers.Best ways to find cash buyers is networking at local REI meetups, masterminds, Facebook groups, Realtors, title companies, closing attorneys, property management companies, auctions, Craigslist, and bandit signs.You can search real estate transactions in your tax database.
