This is in a good area just down the street from the Miramar marine air base, the area has many options for warehouse space.Depending on location requirements you can check out chula vista, east county (lakeside, ramona)

If you want to surf on the Marine Corps base beach I would be glad to get you in (it is one of the nicer beaches this side of the island).

:) but being Texas, there are refineries within 50 miles or so. the closest walmart is 25 milesno college, but an 'marine education center' that is used by several collegesno 'hospitals' but a decent sized medical clinic walking distance to the apts (~10 blocks)no military in the area as far as i can telltourism?

Hi Oliver,  I'm new to BP but work as an agent/investor in the real estate industry here in Marin County.

Especially young sailors and marines.  

I spent 5 years in the Marines so I've literally endured white glove room inspections (and conducted them), these walk through inspections aren't that!

I'm out of the Corps now, was with 14th Marines out of Ft.

I have not thought about Millington, Tennessee in quite awhile.While I was in the Marine corp I did my basic aviation and basic helicopter training training at the Naval base there before going on to the specialized CH-46 helicopter training in North Carolina.Once again congratulations and looking forward to hearing the entire story.Thanks,Jeff
