Hello! My name is Sylina Alexander. I am a Marine stationed in Twentynine Palms, CA. I do not have any experience in real estate currently. I would love to receive any advice you are willing to give. I honestly have no idea where to start and even after reading several articles, I'm still very confused. I have a coworker who has been advising me on a lot of things concerning real estate investing (he is very passionate about it and very good at it.) He told me about the "how to wholesale a home in 5 days" videos and told me I can't watch the second until I've completed the task in the first video (find 25 cash buyers.) I understand that I am to call title companies to get agents and property managers, but I do not feel I am knowledgeable enough in the subject to start making those phone calls. I'm not even sure what to say.
