can anyone tell me what is the best PM software for small business?

The skip trace software is amazing because the more data you can put in—the tax mailing address, the actual physical mailing address, the person's name, the cities they're in—it’ll start pulling all their known telephone numbers, email addresses and mailing addresses.

Primarily I’m looking for any tips, references, recommendations on legal and accounting, management software, LLC setup for each property (legalzoom?)

We have a software system that tracks payments from tenants, payments for repairs and payments to owners accordingly.

No batteries, bluetooth, software, firmware issues to worry about.

We have heard about software solutions as well, so just looking for any insight. 

I got going with Mint and Stessa which are great, but now I'm ready to get everything real dialed and automated with my accounts in with current software or quickbooks or the like. 

Looking for cloud based site that can handle ledger card management, late payment notIfIcatIons, reporting etc for a small number of mortgages we may be servicing for an attorney.
