Pretty innovative product! 

It's a crowded field and there will be innovation by some, and many will go away.4 years ago it was a legitimate approach, but things move fast in this industry.I stopped reading their emails about 6 months ago.

That’s sound dumb to say, but sometimes just taking a minute to really brain storm and be innovative will get you across that hurdle.

So things like that, you need to combine those market structure gaps with creativity to add/enhance the value.If you approach the problem by having the same "passive" thinking, this is not going to work in bay area, like a software industry, you need to be creative and disturb the market with some bit of innovation here and there.

I purchased a property in 2017, 2 in 2019, and 1 in Nov 2020 and have no regrets.
