If u show you implemented it I do one on ones and weekly group calls. 

Different jurisdictions and areas implement land use vastly differently depending on several factors...so you may be fine to just continue the use...or it could be required to be demo'd if you want to pursue anything outside of the current land use...it all depends on the local codes.

Even if the law change it takes months or years to be implemented so you will have plenty of time to prepare and get licensed.

I found this (http://ww.charmeck.org/plannin...) and it looks like it is not worth it.Basically, i have an architectural drawing with engineer's seal for 2 units already, and it would be great to implement it.
