We got our customer service department at our title company to build and maintain our list.. then my secretary would monitor the trustee services .. although Oregon went to Judicial and with sales every day instead of only on Friday like WA its pretty intense to follow all sales like we did in 5 counties.

The end goal is to have something so we can leave behind even after the rehab is done. 1) change out locks when key is missing; Kwikset smart key, it can re-key seem to work fine.2) security system (monitoring or just stand alone) Camera would be nice.
