Not worth getting arrested for some b.s 

I've literally heard: "Oh, I love that the (revitalization) grant paid for this new brick fence, now did the police arrest anyone yet for the stabbing at the end of the block?"  

@Debbie White, are you saying the owner could arrest people, or that the cops could arrest loiterers?

Management company told me that new tenant who is receiving rent money from Catholic Charities, has been arrested, and that a squatter took his place. 

Anyone stepping on the property will be arrested for trespassing.

This particular guy then after we stopped doing business went back to his past ways and he got turned in by another investor from Europe this time they arrested him on a Friday and he had to spend the weekend in Jail.. and got in a mess of trouble. 

Although I knew this was bogus, the local pd did nothing to help except threaten me with arrest and told me that it was a civil matter.

Have you requested a copy of the assault arrest?  

@Jay Hinrichs Yes Sean the guy who refused to shut down his Airbnb was arrested and throw in jail.

We went back to court after 2 weeks and the squatters didn’t show up but their said he got arrested he is in jail.
