I see he's highly decorated realtor and I don't see why you'd spread lies about not needing a RE license to wholesale and ruin your reputation to make a buck but hey people are scum so I don't know.All I know is I'm a young professional looking to pick up a 2nd side business go make my family's life better and looking for advice on the above questions.

I would be careful trying to write off a family vacation as a business expense; however, if you go there for the initial purchase or to make repairs or to setup/decorate for new renters that could be a rental expense.

Exterior cement wall needs no seal unless it is you want it to look like something, ie stained looking cement, or landscape decoration with a specific look, otherwise, forget it.
