Rentals here even on the low end are not anything like what you get in C props in middles America.. they aren't great looking places but they still cost 100 k for an SFR junker and 250 for a duplex and 350 plus for a 4 plex. .and 4 to 6% cap rates.with NO foreclosure activity to speak of in these properties..
