@Sarah Becker look out, that is @Brandon Turner neck of the woods....he may chase you away from his tucked away gem ; )I did a preliminary analysis of the Aberdeen / Hoquim area about a year or two ago and decided I did not want to invest there mainly due to the fact that the economy is/was shrinking and it is too far off the I-5 corridor to attract any new substantial businesses.

In addition to getting to know this couple, it connected me with the listing agent who is a real gem in our local market.
