Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Dennisport.

Purchase price: $88,000
Cash invested: $142,375
Sale price: $351,000

This was our first flip that has a classic do and learn the process to it. More or less a gem that spoiled us and made us hungry for more!
