D might be Detroit.For commercial hospitality (motel chain), i have done 2500/room, flooring and granite were owner supplied. scope was interior painting, r&r flooring, inst granite, change wallplates, install tv and brackets, minor electrical and minor plumbing. the budget is fine.

Let me explain what I mean...Traditional marketing like radio, tv, newspaper, direct mail, flyers and card decks are next to worthless and they cost too much money in most cases.  

some people even have TWO middle names, sometimes further just to distinguish themselves.Fourthly, if it is a continual problem, a friend of mine didn't have a real common name but there was somebody else who lived in the same town with the same name who kept getting arrested and making the newspapers/TV. 

You may have seen some TV programs on flipping, but I will tell you it is very serious business requiring capital, experience, and hard work.

I make agreements with the renter that after they live in and pay the rent of $433, the lot rent, the trash fees, the water fees, and the sewer fees, the electricity, the TV, and the phone, then they become the owner at the end of the 12 years.

Last night I was watching TV and a Campbell's Soup comercial came on and I told my husband, now there's a company that do alright in this mess.

It’s not as easy as the TV makes it seem.
