The issue would be with liability coverage.Example, if there is a claim and it only names the property owner, and not the management company, the claim will not trigger coverage under the management company policy.

Showings were going ok but either nobody I wanted was pulling the trigger or else the people that did pull the trigger just didn't fit what I wanted there (income, job history, etc).It was a week before xmas and somebody asked me about doing a 6 month lease.

I tried my best to get them to sell and downsize then but they really missed the boat - they weren't ready to pull the trigger and it seems like with most good deals in RE, you snooze . . . you lose.

The bank has said we will approve this price so if another buyer jumps in they will take that price and a lot of the work is already completed.Now if you want to go lower than the approved price it can trigger starting everything over again.
