Usually it's only used on ceilings and occasionally walls in low traffic areas.Personally I wouldn't go so far as to put semi-gloss on the walls.

How much time, energy, fuel/mileage (this is huge if you live in city with bad traffic/commutes and the property isn't nearby), resources are you going to spend to try to get an undesireable property to sell quickly?

Marketplace has been great for traffic and volume (and honestly the traffic supports our website SEO, too), but the quality of the those exploring is predictably lower than the Zillow syndicated sites and other.

And than we get into the "fun" things like how to operate a website that drives millions of traffic weekly, so one can actually FIND a tenant, the various software systems to pre-screen persons, schedule showings, operate lease signings, and on and on and on.
