In reality, some of my best selling has happened in October - December... which surprised me.This year I believe it is especially critical that you get your properties on the market as soon as possible... due the fact that we don't know if the $8K grant program is going to survive December 1st.Pete

Looking at several ways to make money is the only way to survive.

Luckily, I can just pluck those out by the root when they are freshly sprouted - but still a pain.Nature has programmed these things for survival by this mechanism; tough to beat Mother Nature.

They know that they are a dinosaur and are fighting to survive.

Again I would say, don't do it unless you can survive losing your investment.But lots of my pals do ignore my advice.

If job growth outpace shrinkage the technology will survive.

Toxic person who stalks and sabotages, kids caught in the middle, shaky/non existent employment,.... the works.You're in survival mode now and you need to prioritize your needs.  

I think that landlords that try to find work a round's to their screening standards in qualifying clearly unqualified applicants will not survive in this business.
