Don't let these gurus or motivational speakers tell you there's more than that to life.

The speaker made it seem super easy and I bought in.

Larry Goins (National speaker) will be educating us on July 27th and we are hosting a free barbecue at Okeeheelee park on August 13th with face painting,bounce house and plenty of food for the whole family.

The speaker was John Burley, He has over 300 properties that he cash flows.

The book is written by a selling speaker who sells courses on how to do this, but everything I have read and heard about the guy is either negative, or ignores the current laws.

Just be careful of the speakers that want you show the secret way to do something or will reveal the special sauce.  

They usually have a knowledgable speaker who on occasion has a course or business to advertise (these are not "guru" pitches), but often times is just there to talk on a specific topic.
