What resources are best for managing my day to day & week to week, etc.

I've joined a few facebook groups and have two events scheduled in the next week.

7 days on market as of today but will be open to a price change after another week.

We are closing on more properties next week, SF all in 90k, rents will be 1600 1800, value 135 140k, Duplex all in 90k, rents will be 18000 2k, All the best

You need to go to in-person real estate investor meetups for at least six months and then the books and podcasts will come into real-life vision for you.

Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated1) In the Short-Term Rental Ordinance (Baileys harbor), I found the following:“If the rental of a Residential Dwelling is less than seven (7) consecutive days, the first dayof a subsequent rental of less than seven (7) consecutive days may not begin until the sixth(6th) day after the first (1st) day of the immediately preceding rental.”Question --> Does this mean that we cannot host another guest within the same week if the first guest's stay was less than seven days?

They come in waves from this “company,” often multiple times per day, often from sequential numbers, a wave lasting for weeks at a time.
