This home is in a great neighborhood that is right next to a elementary school, park, The Cubs spring training facility, and a huge shopping center!

If you are going to dive into that either be in a resort community near Disney (there are about 10 really good ones and dozens of okay ones) or be in a smaller town that may not necessarily be for Theme park goers.

This was accomplished through self-storage facilities and mobile home parks.

They had a large, beautiful camper parked in Yellowstone National Park where spaces are in high demand.

If you're going the umbrella insurance route, perhaps see if it will cover you for several things including just the routine slip and fall (like mold or earthquake).

You also have to setup a routine that drives toward your goals on a regular basis.

I’m not telling everyone to drop their 401k, just that you can have a higher interest way of parking some cash.
