Find a reputable RE attorney and see what they say.

If you don't already have an attorney, check out the credentials and reputation of any attorney you plan to retain for this purpose to be sure they know their stuff.

This is my first post and I’m looking to acquire a 16 unit apartment complex in El Reno, Oklahoma.I‘m located in Seattle, WA so I‘ll need a very reputable and trust worthy professional property management firm.Any ideas on fees, I‘m thinking 7-8% of gross rents?

Making sure their service member is not hurting the reputation of their unit crosses all branches and units.

Does anyone know a reputable title attorney who does simultaneous closings and can set up a mortgage note to sell the payments at closing?

You need to find one that doesn't charge insane fees and is reputable.  

I know Realtors, property managers, wholesalers, architects, contractors, laborers, attorneys, designers, suppliers, lenders, cash buyers, etc.

I'm sure some QI's  have better reputations that others.    

I do have great suppliers and specialized sub contractors to recommend as well.
