How do you keep track of your projects and numbers?

Write them a letter, track down their phone number to call and/or text and knock on their door.

RR has some very nice product .. however one just needs to look at any real estate venture with the same due diligence you would buying a home to live in.home inspection verify neighborhoods etc.My personal Experience with Zach the owner has proven over time he is very diligent in making sure his product and staff are on top of his clients investments.. that all said its still real estate so keep that in mind as well. but as for integrity Zach has it from my point of view.

Items I would like to see integrated:- CRM- Email Marketing Campaign (likely from CRM platform)- Issue/Break fix tracking

However, I have been using stessa to track my expenses and generate income sheets for tax time. 

Light went out, door come off a track, microwave/fridge lights burned out.

I need a business bank account that will allow me to track all my expenses easily for an out of state property.  

Ideally something that is on web/app that'll allow me to keep track of different items come tax time. 

Am I tracking that your strategy was using a HELOC from your primary residence to fund "cash" purchases on your first two properties?  

How do I need to structure pricing for my services too and track that as well?
