I'm curious to know how many of you have explored running Facebook ads to promote your STR and generate more bookings.

Not too long ago, in an effort to clean up their email list, asked if I wanted to be removed and then tried to refer me to another turnkey group in Ohio (that I had already connected with and visited) to pick up a quick referral fee.  

To increase the effort others put into building my business I offer a 1,000 referral fee to anyone who tells me about an unlisted property that I buy.

And lots of other goodies, which I won't bore you with cause it will sound like self promotion, which isn't my intention here.

While this is being promoted as a safe way to get into real estate by some experts or gurus, there is no way to secure your loan with real estate when the money is used as a deposit before the purchase is closed.

Hey Guys, I work for a property management company here in Chicago and we are expanding our agent referral program.

I'd also appreciate any other Texas attorney referrals who can handle CFD paperwork.

Most of the leads outside out inbound leads do tend to come from our referral networks.

Therefore, I am not sure what's feasible in regards to 1) finding an affordable multi-family out that way and 2) what the unofficial neighborhood ratings would be out that way.I'd appreciate any advice as I consider my options, and a referral or two wouldn't hurt as well.Thanks,Phil
