Then our students were having a crazy hard time with the current leading website provider and I had to come in and fix a bunch of crap that was wrong with said internet hosting and template provider so much so that they stopped offering our students support due to "custom code" on our websites.So I said fine.

My tenants think I take better care of them than their previous local property managers did.Here is how I went about it. 1) Zoom in on a zip code or two and study it - learn to work the numbers until you're confident.2) Visit the market and walk as many properties as you can so that you know what you will be buying, and understand the neighborhoods.

The mold must be terrible and I expect that the furnace is completely rusted out.There's about two inches of moss on the roof and the porch.Considering that they are going to need to pay 5k in property taxes, get a quiet title, pay a REO realtor, and get the place up to code for showings or winterize, is it possible that they won't show up?
