Based on your post, it seems like you are thinking in Orange County Calif. you can decide you want a new fence, how much the replacement cost will be, when it will be replaced, by whom it will be replaced, and of what type and guilty, and then just because you want it, obligate each of three neighbors to re-pay to you half the cost of (1/3) of it--after you have it installed.Like a fence dictator, or an HOA?

Renovated it and got a contract in one day of being on the market.And now, I'm being told the buyer's can't get title insurance in order to finance it.After MANY phone calls and MUCH begging, pleading, and social engineering, I finally got through to an underwriter at one of these title companies and was told that, in order to issue title insurance, they would need:- Notice of Seizure- Notice of Sale with publisher’s affidavit attached.- All records of Seizure and sale of Real Estate (explaining in detail how the sale was conducted/advertised, etc.)- Seized Property Sale Report- Special order of the secretary that permitted the sale of this property in Missouri rather than where the land is located.- Evidence no redemption was filed.- Copies of notice to all judgment creditors whose liens may be extinguished by the sale.I have been unable to get a response from the IRS Agent that handled this sale, so...

I know that sounds like a basic question, but many times we are all guilty of over analyzing.When we go into a new neighborhood, the goal is to tour about 20-30 homes that are listed for sale.
