About a year ago I was looking at apartments in Las Vegas to purchase, but most of the replies I got were that the market is too pessimistic.

Even more I hope this is a legitimate question to ask.I am trying to decide between 2 worlds: Las Vegas or Greenville?

Well, it looks like the Las Angeles area people were correct. 

I forgot to mention this is in Las Vegas , Nevada.

Last night we attended the sin city REIA in Las Vegas, hosted by Omar Merced.It was packed with around 65 people, all hungry to learn and grow.
