Got to find an agent who is okay with that philosophy, and many aren't because they've gotten burned by tire-kicker investors who can't/won't perform at an acceptable rate.

I should add that I am not terribly into debt, as a philosophy, so since this house is free and clear it will, in most economies, cash flow at $20,000+ per year.
