I am hoping for a house-hack with a multi-family home which my partner and I will renovate.

Primarily, my work has been in small commercial retail buildings (new construction and tenant improvements) with some work in single and multi family projects. 

I have watched many of his videos & he contradicts himself a lot & is unauthentic.

Guys - I am a limited partner & invest in a multi-family building passively that was sold resulting in passive gains for 2024.

As Tyler points out I have taken on a lot to build 6 cabins in one go. and yes i only think about the sexy part. I

Conversely, the number of small-multi family properties being built is a tiny tiny fraction of the number built from the 1950s-1980s in cities like Phoenix and Mesa.

We want to make the jump to our first true multi fam property 20+ units.

So after being laid off a few times in the last 8 years I decided to get back into investing but this time focusing on buy and hold multi family real estate so that I could built wealth that could help me retire my wife who just had a long battle with cancer and survived , but is now back to work, and I want to give her a relaxing life free of all the stress of the world (by the way did I mention she is also in the mortgage lending field) so that explains the urgency to retire her from w-2 work ! 

Have the agent video everything, just in case tenant is there and causes a scene or refuses access.You will either get the work done or have a video supporting your eviction.
