It's mostly just bags of baby clothes and some odds and ends, nothing major other then a couch with some missing cushions that I'm sure she just left behind cuz it's trash. 

My knees are wobbly and I'm holding on to the couch.

Also she left couch and a couple other large items in the garbage area after i told her they need to have a special pick up...

In our main house we're either cooking together, eating together, sitting on the couch together, or in bed together.

It does on my phone.When I hit #4 on my phone it announces on the phone that the call is being recorded... which I also don't want to do.What I want is > A button to hit on my computer that automagically records My Audio through the built in PC mic and the caller through Google Hangout.I'm open to alternatives.Thanks!

Also, a corollary to my question for people to ponder would be if I were to raise the rent as a new landlord - should I just raise it (because of the water use) or couch it as a "washer surcharge?"

The first time she was laying on the couch and wouldn't get up to let me in!  

We were barely getting by...macaroni and cheese and overdraft protection on our checking account were our two best friends.Around that time my mother had no place to live and found her way to our couch along with my two much younger sisters. 

While this can definitely work and make you some cash, it does have the draw back that you are living in your flip house. you might not always have runnign water, or a stove, or heat, or a place to eat a meal or even sit on a couch.
