The taxes and closing costs incurred on selling investment property wipes away a good chunk of your wealth which is counter intuitive to our goals in real estate!

I will be upfront with you I don't have a tremendous amount of experience, but I would like to say that intuitively to me the New York city market is very difficult to justify buy and hold.

My only delimma is a slight language barrier, the tenants primarily speaking Spanish, and me intuition telling me they are not being upfront with how many people are living in this property.
